A server-rendered personal site with its own database, contact pipeline and admin panel, built end to end with AI-assisted development.
The site you are on was built full-stack with Claude Code as a pair programmer.
Under the hood
- Runtime: a single Cloudflare Worker, server-rendering every page with Hono and JSX
- Data: Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) for all content, recommendations and contact messages
- Admin panel: edit every page, experience entry, project and recommendation; protected by Cloudflare Access
- Contact form: messages stored in the database and emailed through Cloudflare Email Service, with spam protection
- SEO: canonical redirects, per-page metadata, structured data, sitemap and IndexNow
- Deploys: push to GitHub and Cloudflare builds and ships it
Why it matters
It is a small example of how I work now: I decide the architecture and review everything, and AI lets one engineer deliver the whole stack quickly.
